It is with a heavy heart that I post that one of our crafters and friend , Shirley McCoy, has passed away! She was only 57 years old. She was only in the hospital since this past Friday and passed away on Tuesday of this week. They had found a very small tumor at the top of her spine. They checked her liver and it was totally gone. They said it was the very fast growing cancer.
Shirley has been with the shop since opening in 1993. Before that she did craft shows along with her sister Ruth. This is how we met back in the 80's. Shirley was a very gifted crafter! She always had a smile on her face and one I won't forget!
We will find peace in knowing that the good Lord spared her for a long suffering death and that now she is home with our Lord.
Please keep this family in your prayers.
